Beehive Collective is a holistic perinatal support collective – including prenatal services, doula services, postpartum services across a variety of categories. At Beehive, there is a whole community of educators and caregivers available to ensure parents, especially birthers, are getting the support they need and deserve.

Doulas
We believe sustainable support starts with the support person. If you’re a new or growing doula, our mentorship program offers tools, compassionate guidance, and backup systems that let you serve families while protecting your peace. We're a collective that helps you grow your skills, your confidence, and your community.
Birth Professionals
We love collaborating with pelvic floor therapists, lactation consultants, midwives, mental health professionals, and everyone else doing the heart work of supporting families. Our referral network makes it easier to refer clients on to tried-and-true professionals who share your values.

Founded by longtime doula and prenatal yoga teacher Sarah Kearns, Beehive Collective brings together experienced care and a sustainable model for supporting families and birth workers alike. Sarah’s background in movement, sleep support, and perinatal mental health shapes the way we show up – with calm, clarity, and respect for the full experience of birth and postpartum.
We’re a collective of professionals who believe care works better when it’s shared. Our model supports continuity for families and sustainability for doulas, with backup systems, mentorship, and a values-driven referral network that keeps the whole hive connected.
